Akdy responded to all my product inquires prior to my purchase in a timely manner. I placed my order for the Akdy 30" under counter range hood on 2/14/12, and received it on 2/21/12. I am very happy with the product, and it reinforces my believe that there are companies who still provide consumers a great product at a fair price. All the competitors range hoods that I have researched has nothing on Akdy range hood except for high prices. I love the blue lights on the buttons and love the drip tray. Initial quality is great, but I am not able to give a review on the durability, but will update my review at a later date.Thank you Akdy, and I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends, and I will purchase from Akdy again if they carry another product that I am interested in.

Bought this range hood as I read its specs saying over 800+ air flow. I cook greasy stuff so would really like a powerful range hood to get rid of the smell and smog. The AKDY came alright and shipping was fast.However, it was not as powerful as the Pacair hood I used to have even if the air flow number for this one seems higher. Turns out that the 840M3/H number in its spec was not the same as the standard air flow measure CPM other brands and model would use, so there is some level of misleading here that I really don't like.Also, the motor was terribly noisy, even on the medium speed, not to mention high speed.Not liking it, but since it is not sold by Amazon, would be a headache to return so I'll have to bite the bullet and keep it. The next time I update it, which I suspect won't be long, I'll go back to the Pacair brand I have used in the past.

Fast shipping, arrive earlier within 10 days. Simple installation and running as expected. This is the lowest price for a 750+ CFM hood that one can find online. Thanks Akdy
