For the price this was a good buy for a fairly good product. I was a little disappointed in how it looked quality wise but it works great. Like I said for the price it was a good buy. It had the features I was looking for too. All in all it was a good replacement for the hood I had.

The range hood arrived timely [less than a week] with free shipping. Thats the good news. The hood required that I modify the underside of the cabinet to which it was to be mounted. This was information that was not provided beforehand. Of course this meant that the mounting holes were useless. I drilled the necessary holes to accomodate my cabinet. Another problem: The "fit and finish" leave something to be desired. I won't go so far as to say it's shoddy workmanship just less than one might desire given the price.

Excellent No Frills Product!

This product is a simple no frills range hood, does the job just fine. The item does not have many bells and whistles , if you want a simple replacement this is the perfect item.Of Course Amazon offered the best price compared to my local mega-hardware store!
