Powerful and affordable!

I had previously installed a Broan ductless range hood in my kitchen and used it for quite a few years. When it came time to remodel our kitchen we decided to go with black appliances so it was time for a new range hood. At first I bought another Broan but found that the metal got very hot when the light was on for a while...which worried me....so I returned it. After a lot of shopping around I spotted this hood which, in the description, appeared to be a lot more powerful than the Broan and also had a hi/low light switch. There was no reviews which is always a worry for me...but I decided to go for it. Its been installed now for a couple weeks. Indeed it is much much more powerful than the Broan ductless.....has a variable speed switch on the fan....and the hi/low light switch is great also. The low light is a perfect as a nite light and the hi level is perfect for cooking. Its a nice looking unit and moves a lot of air. It seems to be a very nice unit for the price and I can definitely recommend it. Just be aware that, as pointed out in the description, if you're going to use it ductless....you're supposed to buy a charcoal filter to use with it.
